The fishing tonight on Lake Bemidji was a bit rough. With the wind, and cold water, the conditions were bitter at times. We located some fish early near the weeds on the East Bank. 1/4 mile north of the Sandford Center. The majority of the fish were caught in water between 4 and 8 feet deep. We used jig and minnow and also tried some crank baits and dusk. Trophy fish are hard to come bye, and luck was not on our side tonight.
